Boundaries
What's not included
This program is meant to remove obstacles—not create ongoing dependency. These items aren't included by default:
- Custom software development beyond the website
- Ongoing content creation (copywriting, photography, marketing campaigns)
- Advanced features (membership portals, complex automation, ecommerce)
- Unlimited revisions or continuous support requests
- 24/7 emergency support

- A designated point of contact who can review and approve content
Not Eligible
- Political campaigns or PACs
- For-profit businesses (even if "cause-driven")
- Organizations unable to verify nonprofit status
- Requests requiring ongoing custom software development as the core need
