The terms

Nonprofits
$1,500 for a genuinely small nonprofit.
Money back
If you do not find value in the week's work, you will not be charged.
Credit
If you decide to move forward with a build, the $2,500 goes toward the total cost.
Where
Remote by default; on site across Virginia and the DC metro.

What you get at the end of the week

  • A written scope of what actually needs building.
  • A plan, in an order that can be argued with.
  • A fixed quote for the build.
  • A straight account of what is still broken and what it will cost.

After the week

If the build is a good fit, you'll know the cost up front. If it's not, the diagnostic will explain why.

The build
Most projects cost between $15,000 and $50,000. The exact price is set during the diagnostic and won't change once we start. If what we scoped isn't live by our agreed date, I'll keep working at no extra charge. This promise is about delivery, not your results.
Support
Ongoing support after the build starts at $1,500 per month.

Most of the time, this process leads to building tools for document intake, quote drafting, or job status updates.
